Shipping Policy
If the product that is purchased is an in-stock item, it will ship within 3-5 business days. If the item purchased is a pre-order, processing could be up to two months, as each item is handcrafted by me and me alone. For pre-order items, the estimated processing time and ship date will be specified in the item description.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges in any form; our items are final sale. Each item is unique and hand crafted and therefore can not be restocked. In addition, due to the intimate nature of most of these garments, for sanitary and hygienic purposes, items can not be returned.
However, if an item is defective or damaged, please reach out to rlddesignss@gmail.com so we can work with you to rectify the issue. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the items' delivery. If we are contacted past the 14 day window, no return or exchange will take place.
Certain products such as panties, bodysuits, swimwear and custom goods can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
