Meet with the Designer
Within 3-5 business days of completing the custom inquiry form, expect to receive an email from the design team. We will conduct a free consultation via email or video chat to further discuss your vision for the bespoke piece and decide whether Ryan DePaolo Designs is the correct fit for you.

Design Approval
After the initial consultation, the design team will formulate a deck of designs based on the inspiration provided, which will then be presented for client approval. This phase is full of intention. Our goal is to create a design that both fits the client’s vision as well as matches our brand identity.

Fittings and Production
Production timelines and the amount of fittings will depend on the complexity of the design. All commissions are ethically and sustainably produced at our studio in Massachusetts. Fittings may either be conducted in person or virtually depending on the location of the client. Once the final piece is complete, it will be packaged and shipped to its forever home!
